These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by Studio Frame & Form, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days. All prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise specified.

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If payment is overdue, Studio Frame & Form reserves the right to charge reminder fees.

Unless otherwise agreed, all creative rights (such as photographs and design files) remain the property of Studio Frame & Form. Use by third parties without written permission is not allowed.

If a project is cancelled less than 48 hours before its start, 50% of the total agreed amount will be charged. For cancellations during the process, all work completed up to that point will be invoiced.

Studio Frame & Form is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the total invoice amount of the relevant project.

All legal relations are governed by Dutch law.
